Tarte Chocolat-Framboise

Saturday 1st March - 7pm Paris time

A lovely recipe matching together the flavours of chocolate and raspberry. Homemade pastry shell, baked chocolate and raspberry filling and a decadent dark ganache topping.

Douceur au Chocolat

Sunday 9th March - 7pm Paris time

Inspired by Chef Pierre Hermé, this recipe combines several techniques with a hazelnut dacquoise sponge base, a crunchy hazelnut filling, a whipped milk chocolate mousse and a tempered chocolate disc for decoration.

Charlotte au Chocolat

Learn how to make homemade ladyfinger sponge, a dark chocolate mousse and milk chocolate ganache in this chocolate charlotte class. This class also will show the technique for making chocolate curls.
