All classes are taught from my Perpignan kitchen in the south of France, online classes are taught in English via Zoom.

2026 classes
I became ill at the end of 2025 and am currently taking a break to focus on my health. I hope to return to the kitchen soon, and look forward to sharing baking classes with you once again!
