All classes are taught from my Perpignan kitchen in the south of France, online classes are taught in English via Zoom.

2026 classes
I became unwell at the end of last year and was diagnosed with bile duct cancer in January. I had a successful operation to re-sect my liver, and am currently undergoing chemotherapy. I am taking a break at the moment to focus on my health and recovery, but I hope to return to the kitchen at the end of this year.
I look forward to sharing baking classes with you once again soon!
